So here's the wrap up of what's been goin' on round here...

Our memorial day looked a little something like this. Can you tell my point and shoot has about seen its last day? I'm discouraged that it makes all my pictures fuzzy but whatev, it gets the job done. Daddy carted the misses around in a cooler and she later scooped up her beans with a hotdog. Have I mentioned her INSANE love for beans?? She asks for them 10 times a day. It's a crazy fetish.
After Memorial Day, Chris and I left Ellie for the FIRST TIME and traveled to Santa Barbara for a little one night stay. It was such a fun little get away. We've been needing it desperately. We've both been so insanely busy it makes my head spin around backwards-so this was a well needed trip. We fell in love with this cute little town. We strolled up and down state street on a foggy night while the lights lit up the city. We got an icecream and held hands walking up and down the street and it was sooo romantic. I loved it. The next day we hula hooped with the hippies on the beach, watched the skaters at the skate park, strolled the oldest existing pier in the WORLD, watched a man make sand sculptures and soaked in all the beauty Santa Barbara had to offer. I'm so excited to go back someday. We've officially deemed it "our vacation spot" from here on out. Loved it.

Yep. someone actually transformed their truck into a house with satellite..I love the hippie vibe here. I always tell chris-in a previous life, I think I was a hippie. There is something about their carefree, easy way of life that just seems totally totally awesome to me. If I didn't like fashion more than life itself i might style me some hemp beads..
It was a fabulous trip. Fabulous weekend. Fabulous memorial day.
fabulous life. I love my life.

Love, love, love your blog!! You are an amazing photographer! I was wondering what software you use write comments on your pics and put them into cute collages???? I know my little CANON point and shoot pictures are nothing on yours but I figure maybe putting them in a collage and adding a few phrases might make them a little cuter!
THanks so much Lynnsey! I actually just use photoshop..but I know that Picnick.com does stuff like that that is really user friendly!
