Such a dream...

This, is my dream baby...

When I envisioned my life as a young girl, I pictured the following...

tall dark and handsome
Little blonde headed curls running around the yard
bbq's on hot summer days
smiles giggles laughs
Lots and lots of romance..

I hate to break it to ya folks, but I got all that

Don't get me wrong, every day is not a fairytale. Our sliding doors are all broken, our house has no air conditioning and it's currently 90, not to mention the ants, which we've already discussed...
Chris has late nights at work and I often times feel lonely
I hate cooking while pregnant, so we've been eating a lot of pizza...
We only sleep sometimes and do dishes every once in a while
I have come to the realization that bodies just don't look the same after babies
and the list goes on....

BUT- as the saying goes,

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

Right?

I just feel that way. Deep down in my soul-I know I've got everything in this life I could ever want.
Strip down the material things, take away everything on this good earth I own and leave me homeless-I'm still the luckiest girl around..

Ellie is my dream baby and I have a dream boat husband.
So there-put me on your seriously so blessed blog, I said it.
It's just all so dreamy sometimes.
This picture captured it perfectly for me

She makes me sing this song to her every night before bed, and then we talk about her dreams. Whether it be flying over sparkling stars and waterfalls, or chasing pirates into the ocean-she has a wild imagination. Come morning time she typically tells me Rapunzel came to visit and they played together in her bed. Have I told you how much she loves Rapunzel??
I'll have to save that for another day....

But in this crazy, mangled, twisted up in knots kind of world-it's just hard to believe sometimes that my dreams are still being formed and even more so, that they're coming true.
My beautiful, blonde, curly headed child....
Chase rainbows forever with us, will you?

And love your little brother like the day is long-because did I tell you??

WE'RE HAVING A BOY!!!

More and more dreams to make together. I can hardly stand the wait...
